A little magic above London
I have always loved paintings that invite the viewer into a story. Mary Poppins gives me everything I enjoy painting: London rooftops, changing skies, memorable characters and moments when the ordinary becomes magical.
Each scene begins as an original painting in oils. I build the atmosphere with luminous colour, glowing lamps and recognisable London landmarks, while leaving enough space for the viewer’s own memories and imagination.
My aim is to create art that feels joyful, nostalgic and full of possibility.
